(a) The Division of Developmental Disabilities Services of the Department of Human Services may adopt rules to implement this subchapter.(b) The division shall work with stakeholders, including without limitation representatives of the Child Health Management Services Association and the Developmental Disabilities Provider Association, in the development of rules under this subchapter.Added by Act 2013, No. 1017,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2013.
