Section 20-57-309 - Labeling - Bread and flour

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale in this state any enriched flour or enriched bread which fails to conform to the labeling of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the appropriate agency with respect to flour or bread introduced into interstate commerce.Acts 1945, No. 214, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-939.
