Section 20-58-205 - Employees of Department of Agriculture - Powers and duties

All duties and functions required to be performed by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission under the provisions of this subchapter shall be performed by the Department of Agriculture or its authorized employees.Amended by Act 2023, No. 598,§ 3, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 1969, No. 220, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1319.
