Section 20-58-213 - Possessor of eggs deemed owner - Exceptions

All eggs shall be considered the property of the person in whose possession they are found except those in the custody of common carriers or a public warehouse where the owner is identified by record.Acts 1969, No. 220, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1305.
