Section 20-59-203 - Prosecutions

All prosecutions brought for violations of the provisions of this subchapter shall be brought in any court having competent jurisdiction, and it shall be the duty of all prosecuting attorneys in whose county any violations may occur to attend and prosecute those cases, and for so doing they shall be entitled to the same fees as are now provided for like service in the same court.Acts 1941, No. 114, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-918.
