Every person, firm, or corporation producing, manufacturing, processing, freezing, or packaging mellorine or mellorine mix shall comply with the same rules that govern the production and manufacturing of ice cream and other manufactured milk products, as promulgated by the State Board of Health.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2197, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1953, No. 416, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-918.9.
