(a) The false and misleading advertising of mellorine is prohibited.(b) An advertisement of mellorine shall be deemed to be false and misleading if in the advertisement representations are made or suggested by statement, word, grade, designation, design, device, symbol, sound, or any combination thereof that mellorine is a dairy product.(c) However, nothing contained in this section shall prevent a truthful, accurate, and full statement in any advertisement of all the ingredients in mellorine.(d) The false and misleading advertising of mellorine in violation of subsections (a)-(c) of this section is prohibited.Acts 1953, No. 416, §§ 4, 6; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 82-918.3, 82-918.5.
