Section 20-64-513 - Injunctive powers

The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy may, in its discretion and in addition to various remedies provided by law under this subchapter, apply to a court having competent jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter for a writ of injunction to restrain violations of this subchapter or of any conduct which constitutes a clear and present danger to the public health and safety.Acts 1991, No. 739, § 12.
