The prosecuting attorney, deputy prosecuting attorneys, the Prosecutor Coordinator, law enforcement officers, governing boards of the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services, employees of the division, governing boards of designated receiving facilities, and employees of designated receiving facilities and programs shall be immune from civil liability for performance of duties imposed by this subchapter.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 96, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1107,§ 27, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1989 (3rd Ex.
