Section 20-64-901 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to require all persons, partnerships, associations, or corporations holding themselves out to the public as alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs in the State of Arkansas to meet the licensure standards set by the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services, unless expressly exempted by this subchapter.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 100, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1107,§ 31, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1995, No. 173, § 1; 2011, No. 228, § 1.
