Section 20-64-907 - Reporting requirements

(a) All persons, partnerships, associations, or corporations operating alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs in the State of Arkansas, whether licensed by the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services or expressly exempted from licensure, shall be required to furnish such information at such times and in such form as may be required by the division.(b) The division shall promulgate rules and prescribe forms for the implementation of this section.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2236, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 105, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1107,§ 36, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1995, No. 173, § 10.
