(a) The Secretary's office of the Department of Human Services shall establish and maintain as a cash fund account the Client Specific Emergency Services Revolving Fund Paying Account consisting of federal grants, aids, cash donations, reimbursements, and state general revenue, not to exceed a daily balance of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), for delivery of immediate care, short-term services, or emergency services to eligible clients.(b) The account shall be established and maintained in accordance with procedures established by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State for cash funds and shall be administered under the direction of the Secretary of the Department of Human Services.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5216, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1985, No. 772, § 9; 1995, No. 1198, § 64; 1997, No. 1360, § 66.
