Section 20-76-707 - Positive drug test result not a disability

An applicant or recipient who receives a positive result on a drug test administered under this subchapter shall not be deemed to have a disability because of the drug test result alone.Added by Act 2015, No. 1205,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.
