Arkansas Legal Code
Beginning no later than May 1, 2022, the Department of Human Services shall not exercise the state option to provide exemptions to the work requirement as authorized under 7 U.S.C. § 2015(o)(6), as it existed on January 1, 2021, except to an individual:(1) Currently in foster care; or(2) Residing in a domestic violence shelter.Added by Act 2021, No. 419,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
