For purposes of this subchapter:(1) 'Family' means a family as defined in the Medical Services Policy Manual of the Division of County Operations of the Department of Human Services; and(2) 'Healthcare coverage' means healthcare insurance as defined by rules promulgated by the Department of Human Services for the ARKids First Program.Acts 1999, No. 849, § 3.
