(a) If the Department of Human Services makes an adverse decision in a Medicaid case and a provider then lodges an administrative appeal, the department shall deliver to the provider well in advance of the appeal its file on the matter so that the provider will have time to prepare for the appeal.(b) The file shall include the records of any utilization review contractor or other agent, subject to any other federal or state law regarding confidentiality restrictions.Acts 2005, No. 1758, § 1.
