All recipients of medical assistance under the Arkansas Medicaid Program shall be deemed to have authorized all third parties including, but not limited to, insurance companies and providers of medical care to release to the Department of Human Services information needed by the department to secure or enforce its rights as assignee under § 20-77-306.Acts 1981, No. 500, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-171.7; Acts 1987, No. 463, § 6.
