(a) Any person violating this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).(b) Each violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.Acts 1973, No. 10, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-1005; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 139.
