The provisions of this subchapter shall not be deemed to grant the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy any authority to regulate the practice of nursing in this state, and the practicing of nursing in this state shall remain the sole responsibility of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing pursuant to the Nurse Practices Act, § 17-87-101 et seq.Acts 1993, No. 918, § 7.
