The Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education may by published rules require that a licensed childcare facility keep and make available to the division records and periodic reports as shall be necessary to assist the division in determining whether the requirements of this subchapter and of the division's rules regarding childcare facilities are being complied with.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2290, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1969, No. 434, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-909; Acts 1997, No. 1132, § 15.
