The Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education shall continue to be the administrative agency to administer the provisions of this subchapter in accordance with the rules and standards for the licensing and operation of childcare facilities as promulgated by the division.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2292, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1987, No. 856, § 1; 1997, No. 1132, § 17.
