The division is authorized and empowered to accept and use gifts and donations, whether from public or private sources, as may be offered unconditionally or under such conditions as are determined proper and consistent with the provisions of this subchapter, and the division may hold, invest, reinvest, and use the gifts and donations in accordance with the conditions of the gifts and donations.Acts 1955, No. 43, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2550.
