Section 20-79-215 - Hearings

Any individual applying for or receiving rehabilitation who is aggrieved by any action or inaction of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services shall be entitled to a hearing in accordance with the rules adopted and promulgated by the Division of Workforce Services on that subject.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2303, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1955, No. 43, § 15; 1959, No. 34, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2554.
