(a) The Technology Equipment Revolving Loan Fund Committee shall meet at least one (1) time annually and may meet more often as necessary if meetings are called by the Chair of the Technology Equipment Revolving Loan Fund Committee or by a majority of the committee and if all members of the committee are notified of the time, date, and place of the meeting in advance.(b)(1) The committee shall adopt rules governing its proceedings.(2) All rules adopted by the committee shall be promulgated pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 1993, No. 384, §§ 6-8.
