State funds appropriated by the General Assembly to the appropriate division of the Department of Human Services for payments to be made to recognize community action agencies in accordance with this subchapter shall be used by the agencies for funding antipoverty programs designated by state rules.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2308, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1985, No. 345, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-1113.
