Section 20-83-103 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter:(1) 'ArFMNP' means the Arkansas Farmers' Market Nutrition Program; and(2) 'Coupon' means a nontaxable nutrition supplement coupon issued and distributed by the program for redeeming locally grown foods as provided by this subchapter.Acts 1993, No. 1218, § 3.
