The Secretary of the Senate shall make out a transcript of the proceedings on impeachment and of the judgment of the Senate, whether of conviction or acquittal, which shall be signed by the officer presiding at the trial, attested by the Secretary of the Senate and deposited in the office of the Secretary of State.Rev.
