Any person who submits evidence of having maintained employment in the State of Arkansas for the past twelve (12) months and of successfully completing a criminal history check within the last twelve (12) months or in accordance with that person's professional license shall not be required to apply for a criminal history check under this subchapter.Acts 1997, No. 1019, § 8.
