Each Justice of the Supreme Court, judge of a circuit court, presiding judge of a county court, the Secretary of State, the Auditor of State, prosecuting attorney, sheriff, coroner, clerk of a circuit court, county treasurer, county surveyor, notary public, justice of the peace, judge of a district court, mayor of a city or town, and militia officer elected or appointed in this state shall be commissioned by the Governor.Rev.
