Section 21-2-112 - Remedy of surety against principal and cosureties

Any person bound as a security in any bond given by an officer to secure the faithful performance of his or her duties, who shall pay any money he or she shall have been liable to pay by reason of the bond, shall have the same right and remedy against the principal and cosureties as are provided in this section and § 21-2-111 against principal and security in bonds, bills, or notes for the payment of money or the delivery of property.Rev.
