Section 21-5-607 - Claim, review, and appeal procedures

To the extent not in conflict with this subchapter, the method and procedure of filing claims on behalf of the public employee and the review and appeal of compensation orders or awards of the Workers' Compensation Commission shall be the same as those provided by law and the rules of the commission, with respect to claims filed by private employers and employees.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2325, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1979, No. 809, § 5; 1981, No. 929, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-3605.
