Section 21-6-104 - Fees in absence of fixed fee

In all cases where any officer or other person is required to perform any duty for which no fees are allowed by any law, he or she shall be entitled to receive such pay as would be allowed for similar services.Acts 12/23/1842, § 24, p. 27; C. & M.
