Section 21-6-505 - Expenses of keeping seized property

The sheriff, constable, or other officer shall safely keep all property taken or seized under legal process and shall be allowed by the court the necessary expenses of doing so, to be paid by the plaintiff, and taxed in the cost.Acts 1875, No. 77, § 21; C. & M.
