Section 21-8-104 - Tobacco prevention or reduction advertising prohibited for elected officials and their immediate families

An advertising or advertisement targeting the prevention or reduction of tobacco use shall not include the name, voice, or likeness of any elected official or his or her immediate family.Added by Act 2023, No. 282,§ 7, eff. 7/1/2023.
