Section 21-8-203 - Disclosure of income required

The General Assembly determines that it is essential to the efficient operation of government, and to minimize the opportunities for conflicts of interest, that all state employees who are employed on a regular salary basis shall be required to disclose each source of income in excess of five hundred dollars ($500) earned during any calendar year from sources other than their regular salary from employment or from professional or consultant services rendered for any public agency.Acts 1977, No. 849, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-1628.
