A registered lobbyist shall maintain and preserve all accounts, bills, receipts, and any other documents necessary to substantiate the financial reports required by this subchapter, § 21-8-401 et seq., § 21-8-701 et seq., and § 21-8-801 et seq. for a period of at least four (4) years from the date of the filing of the statement or report.Init.
