Section 22-3-1310 - Existing vending facilities operated by blind persons

(a) On state property where a vending facility is presently being operated by a blind licensed operator and before any additional or different provisions or arrangements are made for the sale or dispensing of articles or services of the type enumerated in § 22-3-1303(b), the licensing agency shall be given an opportunity to determine if the articles or services might be sold or dispensed in a manner designed to provide additional income or employment opportunities for the blind through the licensing agency's program.(b) The responsibility for securing proper coin-operated vending machines or other vending facilities for the property shall be with the licensing agency, upon request by the state agency administrator.Acts 1969, No. 201, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2578.
