The Building Authority Division shall provide adequate facilities for those agencies located in the Capitol Mall area. The services provided by these agencies are varied. Parking spaces for these tenants have not kept up with current growth, thereby diminishing effective services provided by these agencies. The public access to the Capitol Mall area has been diminished by the lack of adequate parking. The construction of a parking deck facility, surface parking, and street improvements will help to alleviate such diminished services and lack of access.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 6217, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1999, No. 1339, § 1.
