The Building Authority Division, on behalf of the State of Arkansas, is hereby granted an easement or license over the State Capitol Building, the various buildings on the State Capitol grounds, and the State Capitol grounds for the purpose of installing or relocating utilities, connecting the facility to an existing structure, and such other purposes as are necessary and consistent with this project as authorized by this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 6220, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1999, No. 1339, § 4.
