The Secretary of State is authorized to assist and coordinate with the Arkansas Fallen Firefighters' Memorial Board in the construction of a monument on the grounds of the State Capitol honoring:(1) Arkansans and other firefighters killed in Arkansas while acting in their capacity as firefighters; and(2) Any Arkansas firefighter killed outside the State of Arkansas while serving in the capacity of a firefighter.Acts 2001, No. 504, § 2.
