Payrolls, the purchase of equipment, and the expenses resulting from major repairs to the Governor's Mansion shall be paid upon vouchers issued in the normal course and shall be subject to applicable laws of the state as in the instance of the operation of the Governor's office.Acts 1953, No. 289, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-307.
