Section 22-5-505 - Quieting title to acquired lands

Upon the written request of the Arkansas Forestry Commission, the Attorney General shall institute and prosecute to final decree all requisite suits to quiet the title of the state in and to lands acquired; and, in the prosecution of the suits, the state shall be exempted from the payment of costs.Acts 1947, No. 409, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-725.
