The Arkansas Forestry Commission shall cause a record of all its proceedings relating to state forests, including the date of acquisition, description, source of title, purchase price, amounts expended in the development of each tract, and the forest to which allotted, to be kept in the office of the Department of Agriculture.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 119, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1947, No. 409, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-733.
