Section 22-5-811 - Leases and permits - Existing ones to continue

Any person, firm, company, corporation, state agency, or other business entity holding a lease or permit on March 21, 1975, for the taking or production of any sand, gravel, minerals, or timber or logs from state-owned lands shall be permitted to continue to take or produce sand, gravel, minerals, or timber or logs from state-owned lands in accordance with the existing lease or permit.Acts 1975, No. 524, § 8; 1981, No. 684, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 10-1021; Acts 2005, No. 786, § 8.
