The seal of the Commissioner of State Lands shall be sufficient verification and authentication of the deed made by him or her for any class of lands mentioned in this act, and the deed shall be received as evidence of the legal title to the lands in any court in this state.Acts 1885, No. 10, § 6, p. 10; C. & M.
