Section 22-6-401 - Authority to sell

The Commissioner of State Lands shall have full power and authority to sell lands granted by the United States Congress to this state under the designation, 'swamp and overflowed lands', and, in making the sales, he or she shall be governed by the provisions of this subchapter which may be in force at the time of sale.Acts 1937, No. 128, § 1; Pope's Dig., § 8750; A.S.A. 1947, § 10-801.
