Section 22-7-201 - National cemeteries

The jurisdiction of this state within and over all lands purchased by the United States on which national cemeteries may be established within the limits of this state is ceded to the United States so far as the permanent enclosures of such national cemeteries may extend and no further.Acts 1867, No. 60, § 1, p. 153; C. & M.
