Section 22-7-227 - Cession of jurisdiction under 22-7-226 effective upon acceptance of jurisdiction by United States

Cession of jurisdiction pursuant to § 22-7-226 shall take effect only upon acceptance of such jurisdiction by the United States. Federal jurisdiction so ceded shall end as to any such lands, waters, or buildings, or portions thereof, that cease to be owned, leased, or occupied by or on behalf of the United States.Acts 1997, No. 215, § 2.
