Section 22-7-304 - Resolution of discrepancies in description of land

Any discrepancy in the descriptions set forth in this subchapter and in the descriptions of any subsequent surveys prepared by the United States Army Corps of Engineers shall be resolved and interpreted as to extend the legislative jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas over all lands within the borders of the State of Arkansas.Acts 1997, No. 1260, § 4.
