The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall have the authority to purchase new or used vehicles from qualified vendors in accordance with the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3505, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1983, No. 493, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-536.
